has been designed in a way which is straight forward, meaning no unnecessary fuss
AND no Joining Fee!
Simply attend the practice
where our treatment co-ordinator will assist you with the documentation required
and schedule your appointments as per your preference.
If this is not convenient for you, a phone call may also be scheduled at your convenience to discuss the registration process further.
